Our client is a leading contractor in the civils sector they are now seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to join the Subdivision team working in the Yanchep area. The client is offering an attractive salary package for the successful candidate. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily. Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings Manage projects and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met Requirements: Strong planning and organisational skills is essential, including recording site progress Experience in Subdivisional works and both Bulk Earthworks and Undergrounds Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs Solid safety focus and experience Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors Valid driver’s license Having Current Senior First Aid is desirable Job Offer: This is a permanent role the company is offering a very attractive salary package.
