Estimator The Company Projects up to $30m Specialise in bespoke fit outs – Hospitality, entertainment, leisure, commercial, hostel, workplace Predominately commercial fit outs however they are starting to move into new build construction Great teams, great company, employees are well looked after, family orientated The Role: Analyse plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs Research, source, negotiate and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Analyse data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company’s productivity rates) Assess the financial, technical and operational risks of the project Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements Inputting into decisions over whether to bid for the project Working closely with key members of the project team and liaising with clients and suppliers Ensure timely completion of tenders What you'll need to be successful in the role: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience minimum as a Fit Out Estimator Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Australian working rights How to Apply Please click apply or send your CV to emma.browne@cgcrecruitment.com - if you wish to discuss the role, please call Emma Browne on: 0434 440 883.
