We’re on the lookout for a contract CA to join a busy, well-established commercial builder specialising in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects. About the Company Our client is a reputable mid-tier builder with a strong footprint in the fit-out and refurbishment space. Known for delivering fast-paced, detail-driven projects across sectors including commercial, retail, hospitality, and education, they’re now seeking support due to a high volume of upcoming and ongoing work. The Role As a Contract Administrator , you’ll be working across multiple concurrent projects , typically valued between $500K–$5M . You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Subcontractors to ensure seamless contract execution and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services Manage variations, progress claims, RFIs, and EOTs Track project budgets and monitor cost reporting Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance and timelines Assist in project close-outs and final accounts About You: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial fit-out/refurbishment sector Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a high-paced environment Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Available for a contract role with the potential for extension Apply Now!
