Location: Amberly, Australia Position: Senior Logistics Analyst Overview: ITC is actively seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Program Analyst to join our team in support of tasking for PMA-265, NAVAIR Head Quarters in Patuxent River, MD. Physical location for this role is at the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Amberley, Brisbane, Queensland Australia. Duties include developing and coordinating aviation maintenance and logistics processes and procedures for F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler between the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and United States Navy (USN). Responsibilities: Attend RAAF ACEASPO/82WG and PMA-265 meetings, clarify USN supply/logistics terminologies/concepts for supply chain management and logistics planning events. This includes providing analysis, briefings, recommendations, and reports to the RAAF and PMA265 as required. Control parts exchange in support of the RAAF Super Hornet Retail Warehouse and F/A-18F and EA-18G squadrons including Fly-Away Kits and repairable parts in the repair pipeline system. Manage controlled spares for the F/A-18F and EA-18G, including safeguarding and accounting for all controlled spare components used on the F/A-18F and EA-18G aircraft and associated systems. Track Aircraft configuration changes and engineering modifications that periodically occur across the fleet which may affect the controlled spare program. Track, Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to the control spare program. Control and operate the secure storage vault facility for F/A-18F and EA-18G components located at the RAAF Base Amberley warehouse. Ensure control measures are compliant with local and US standards. Issue to or reconciliation of Fly-Away-Kits for squadron detachment support in CONUS and OCONUS. Ensure documentation and tracking information is correct and managed. Track/Trace inbound/outbound controlled spares and supply part support shipments - Amberley/CONUS and CONUS/Amberley via Freight Forwarder/Transportation Services. Monitor cargo/parts shipments, provide status updates to stakeholders. Provide training for authorized 82Wing warehouse personnel on proper handling for controlled unclassified and classified components received at or shipped from the Australia. Conduct physical inventories of controlled spare assets, generate and submit monthly inventory and transaction reports. Minimum Qualifications: BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, or other Relevant Technical Discipline. Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; or an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Must have at least four years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline and included in the four years of experience there must be at least two years of professional experience in technical efforts. Specific knowledge of FMS and Defense Security Assistance Programs is desired. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DOD 5000 series). Experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs is desired. Preferred Qualifications: General knowledge of NAVAIR policies, procedures, terminology, requirements, and platform experience on the F/A-18F and EA-18.
