About the role As the Logistics Operations Lead at RETAIL APPAREL GROUP' (RAG), you will be responsible for overseeing the relationships and management of the company's 3PL warehousing and distribution partners. Working in our modern facility in Rosebery NSW, this full-time role will see you take the lead in monitoring and enforcing service level agreements & KPI's, handling commercial negotiations, cost management and act as the escalation point between logistics partners and internal RAG team members. What you'll be doing Act as the key relationship contact between RAG and the 3PL partners Help facilitate tender or pricing review process with the suppliers Monitor and manage SLA (Service Level Agreements) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and ensure compliance Act as the point of escalation between 3PL partners and internal RAG team members Develop and implement strategies, in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, to optimise warehouse and distribution processes for improved productivity and cost-effectiveness Take a lead on logistics initiatives and/or participate in company projects where logistics support is needed Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities Oversee approval of logistics invoices Internal performance and cost KPI reporting What we're looking for Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related discipline Excellent relationship management skills Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive operational excellence A team player, professional, with a can-do attitude The Environment Hybrid arrangement - 4 days in office / 1 day from home Drinks every Friday Generous Team discounts from our brands If you are a motivated and experienced logistics professional eager to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
