Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all incoming and out-going deliveries, liaising with clients, dealing with external contractors, managing event Bump-in and Bump-out and helping oversee and supervise Event Service Attendants to ensure a smooth logistical operation. Our Ideal Candidate will possess: Previous experience and well-rounded understanding of the Events operations Passion for customer service in the hospitality industry Capacity to lead, delegate and motivate the team Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in high-pressure environments Attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Full Australian working rights, with availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends Having a Fork-Lift license will be looked upon favorably but not essential.
