Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a meaningful administrative role in the aged care sector? We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team on a 12-month part-time contract. This role provides critical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facility by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting compliance processes, and assisting with procurement and document control. We have a number of opportunities available across our sites, this position will be supporting the facility, Rosary Gardens. Key Responsibilities General administrative support including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation Maintain accurate staff and resident records in both digital and paper formats Assist with rostering documentation, timesheet collation, and leave tracking Support purchasing processes – including raising purchase orders and monitoring office supplies Prepare meeting documents, reports, and audit-ready registers Ensure compliance and policy documentation is maintained and up to date About You Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or data entry role High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Requirements Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Working with Vulnerable People Card COVID-19 vaccination as per public health directions Driver’s licence (if travel between sites is required) What’s on Offer A competitive salary The opportunity to salary package up to $18,900 per FBT year Reward & Recognition program Corporate discounts & benefits Free on site parking Discounted on site meals Training and professional development opportunities Discounted private health insurance
