Full Job Description This is a full-time position based in Hobart. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and process-driven Contract Administrator to play a key role in ensuring contract compliance. Key Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts, including service level agreements, maintenance contracts and supplier arrangements Monitoring contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner Coordinating contract renewals, extensions and terminations, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place Collaborating with the lawyer to ensure contract terms which are accurately reflected and compliant with internal standards. Supporting the assessment and approval of contract variations and claims, both to clients and from subcontractors. Interpreting contract terms, accurately accounting for and charging variations. Maintaining comprehensive contract records and reporting on key metrics to management Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices in contract management Key Requirements Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, or related related discipline 3 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator Strong organisational and documentation skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
