This position is primarily responsible for analysing DevelopmentWA’s business strategic needs, business policies and processes, and the interpretation of business requirements for ICT solutions. The Business Analyst position serves as the bridge between ICT and business functions, ensuring alignment across service delivery for service operations, change and capacity management. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Proactively anticipate needs and engage with customers to ensure the delivery and effective communication of future-focused value. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business demand for services and assess their supply implications. Map and analyse business processes Arrange and facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders regarding current and future state processes. Draft, review, and maintain business policies and procedures aligned with current Land Lanagement System and Dynamics365 implementation and organisational standards. Prioritise and organise business demands, aligning service delivery with the overarching strategy, Roadmap, and plan. Conduct in-depth assessments of processes, comprehend diverse requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations and reports. Perform meticulous gap analyses between the current (As-Is) state and the envisioned (To-Be) state. Ensure the effective qualification, management, and orchestration of demand. Develop business cases with a keen focus on ensuring a complete and accurate reflection of business needs along with associated costs. About you: To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience with Real estate and Conveyancing Systems Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to system implementations and process improvements. Understanding of Project Management Practice and Project Reporting. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into practical solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and understanding among diverse stakeholders. Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA is highly desirable.
