About the role Based in Perth, the Team Leader, Member Services at MUFG Pension & Market Services, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member experiences in a dynamic, service-driven contact centre environment. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure service delivery aligns with both regulatory standards and organisational goals. You’ll empower consultants through effective coaching, proactive problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement, guiding them to consistently exceed performance targets and uphold quality benchmarks. With a clear focus on client delivery, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to member-centric service and contributes meaningfully to the success of our clients and the broader strategic goals of MUFG Pension & Market Services.
