About you You are a seasoned recruitment professional with demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Your expertise includes developing and implementing effective resourcing strategies that attract top talent. You have a sound understanding of innovative and contemporary attraction, recruitment, and selection practices, and you stay ahead of industry trends to ensure best practices. Your analytical skills enable you to identify and address issues, contributing to the development of initiatives, strategies, and programs focused on recruitment and selection. You excel in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and you thrive in a collaborative team environment.
