Introduction Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL ) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10 year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26. Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource. The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. Description The primary focus of this role is to lead the Site Administration team to manage the booking and administration of all flights to/from site and the room allocations for site-based accommodation. The role will also involve a variety of secondary tasks, including (but not limited to) maintaining an accurate site roster, providing reception services and meeting all visitors, document control, assisting with site procurement (including ordering and receiving goods, and verifying receipts for accounts payable), maintaining site IT and phone systems, day-to-day management of the catering contractor and other general admin duties as required. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Provider leadership and supervision to the Site Administration Team. Training and development of direct reports, including ensuring a continuous improvement approach to all processes is implemented. Assist and train employees on the use of data management systems and related business applications. Managing and maintenance of personnel logistics on site, including rosters and accommodation; overseeing reports being sent out to managers daily on planned movements. Establishing appropriate systems and procedures required to ensure that site administration functions smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Manage village contract, liaising with contractor village management. Planning and coordination of shareholding briefings, broker visits, field trips, road shows and AGM’s. Scheduling meetings including video & conference calls where required, arranging appropriate refreshments. Event Reporting and investigating in InControl, for related work areas and village contractor. Ensure prompt reporting of incidents and assist with any external incidents, accidents or other emergencies when called upon. Ensuring site offices & training areas are properly presented. Providing accurate, timely and high-level administrative support to the wider site team. Assisting HR with the onboarding of new personnel (including ordering of relevant PPE in advance of their start-date). Complete EOM for DMIRS and safety reporting. Audit InFlight for staffing, hours, and profile errors. Overseeing the ordering office and stationary supplies. Organising couriers and deliveries for site, if required via supply/stores. Receiving goods delivered to site and assisting Accounts Payable with verifying invoices. Providing support in formatting documents and maintaining a document control system. Administering minor contracts and manage local temporary contract services. Driving personnel to/from local airports as required. Driving to/from Leinster to carry out miscellaneous tasks and complete errands. Undertaking other general administrative tasks as directed. Deliver effective and efficient Village services to customers. Assist admin team with the coordination of all flight bookings and roster changes. Assist admin team with Management of village bookings.
