You will do this by developing and implementing creative, inspiring, and data-driven strategies, this role nurtures relationships and fosters a thriving community of engaged supporters. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Donor Experience, you will significantly contribute to increasing donor lifetime value, improving donor retention, and achieving higher gift levels through repeat donations and gift uplifts. You will; Support the execution of a comprehensive calendar of campaigns, initiatives and events Coordinate and actively participate in the Foundation’s clinician engagement program Coordinate the community fundraising program Collaborate closely with the Donor Engagement Manager to develop materials for a variety of communication channels A Bit About You Highly motivated and pro-active with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Proven experience in planning and delivering multichannel fundraising campaigns Relevant Tertiary qualification and/or a combination of relevant experience Strong project management skills Broad understanding of the foundations of philanthropic fundraising A team player What We Can Offer You Salary Packaging – Increase your take home pay!
