As the Front of House Manager , you are responsible for overseeing all front of house (FOH) operations at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (SCM) including: appointment, training and scheduling of FOH staff managing all Box Office activities including ticket builds, website content, financial reconciliation and staff rostering providing information directly to organisations and associations interested in the events and concerts series presented at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music performing an important role in maintaining internal and external client satisfaction contributing to the core business success of the SCM. About you tertiary qualification preferably in Events Management or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and or education/training experience with Box Office ticketing systems, including system administration, event building, reporting and maintenance strong client service orientation with previous high-level experience in a box office environment advanced computer skills and experience including database management, Microsoft Office and network communications event and resource management systems, box office and CMS website management system experience in marketing and promotion in the arts community demonstrated experience in providing supervisory skills, with a focus on team building and the ability to train and develop staff the ability to work flexible hours undertaking evening or weekend work if required.
