We’re hiring on behalf of a creative agency that sits at the intersection of media, strategy, and bold creative thinking. This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Media Strategist to join a growing team working across a diverse portfolio, including FMCG, Insurance, Tourism, Tech, and Purpose-led campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in bridging creative strategy with media planning and execution. It’s a hands-on, insight-led role that will see you working across owned, earned, paid and shared channels, helping ideas land in culture, not just in channels. Key responsibilities: Translate business and marketing goals into strategic media frameworks Partner closely with creative and comms strategy teams to connect big ideas with the right platforms Use audience, performance, and market insights to shape campaign architecture Identify the most effective environments and touchpoints to bring communications to life Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, digital, analytics) to deliver fully integrated work Help develop measurement frameworks and guide optimisation About you: 3–5 years' experience in media strategy, comms planning, or integrated strategy roles Strong analytical thinking combined with creative intuition Comfortable working across media ecosystems: from social and search to IRL, retail and influencer Excellent storyteller able to distil insights into sharp, actionable direction Confident working across functions and building alignment across teams Familiarity with tools like Roy Morgan, GWI or similar is advantageous.
