As a Digital Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help fuel our sales engine by converting marketing activity into pipeline and revenue. Skills And Experiences Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, events, and content that drive awareness and lead generation. Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline. Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to segment, score, and track leads. Conduct outreach to small and long-tail customers to drive upsell, cross-sell, and re-engagement through digital and personal channels. Coordinate and execute follow-up campaigns targeting dormant or lower-touch customers. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and monitor conversion outcomes. Help maintain and optimize the lead funnel through data-driven insights and regular reporting. Assist in creating content such as campaigns, customer updates, and solution spotlights tailored to specific audience segments. Engage with customers through digital channels (email, LinkedIn, webinars) to support sales efforts and keep the brand top-of-mind. Organise and support the delivery of both in-person and virtual events, including logistics, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up. Provide administrative support for marketing and sales activities, including tracking campaign performance and coordinating events. About you 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or business development (internships and placements welcome). A strong interest in digital marketing and B2B sales, with a desire to grow in both areas. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a flair for building rapport digitally. Eager to use AI tools to increase productivity, improve outreach, and enhance content creation. Highly organized and able to manage multiple activities and campaigns simultaneously. Data-driven mindset. You enjoy digging into reports to uncover insights and improve performance. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves learning new skills.
