More than 1.3 million Queenslanders are living with a neurological condition…that is 1 in 4 people. All neuro conditions cause ‘disconnection’. Disconnection between the brain’s signals and the body’s function. Then as a result, disconnection between the person, their world and the things they want to do. Neurological conditions not only cause physical pain, they can also be isolating and lonely. With disconnection as the problem, it is little wonder that ‘connection’ is the solution! With a reputation for care and excellence, they are connecting Queenslanders living with neurological conditions to new possibilities and better lives through our community, services, support, events, research and neuro wellness initiatives.
