Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Signwriter to join our dynamic team in this full-time position located in Belmore NSW. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, artistic flair, and the ability to create visually appealing signs that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design sign layouts using various techniques, including hand-drawing and CAD software. Produce signs using different materials and techniques, including painting, vinyl cutting, digital printing, and others. Install signs at various locations, ensuring they are securely mounted and aesthetically pleasing. Work closely with clients and with the sales team to understand their requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure their vision is accurately captured in the final product. Maintain and repair existing signs, ensuring they remain in good condition and meet safety standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during the production and installation of signs. Qualifications: Relevant qualification At least 1 year of experience Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar. Strong artistic and creative skills. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s licence for sign installation purposes. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
