Responsibilities Working with the Creative Director, Design Director – Jewellery, and creative collaborators to develop accessories with a focus on Jewellery, Hardware and Novelty. Lead the design and development of luxury jewellery and hardware for three main collections and additional capsules, adhering to Creative Direction, merchandising plans, pricing structure, and critical path deadlines. Bringing creative, new, and unique materials and techniques by driving sourcing and development to provide Designers with the best options to create each range. An ambassador within the team for developing luxury product that is brand appropriate. Follow through on all stages of the design and development process with complete care so that handover to Production is fully resolved. Skill Requirements Energetic, positive and driven individual 10 years’ experience in design, development and production of luxury accessories specialising in jewellery. Previous experience with manufacturing processes: casting, plating, stone cutting etc. Good communication skills and ability to work independently across teams located in AU and EU. Have an eye for detail and a knowledge of luxury accessory finishes. Proficient computer skills particularly with Adobe Suite, Outlook, and some experience with a PLM system (like C8) is desirable but not essential.
