Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Designer to join our Design & Production team This is a fast paced position working alongside another garment technician and closely with various teams within our business. Key Responsibilities: Assist with trend research, mood boards, and seasonal concept development Research and identify key trends, items, colours for collections Assist the design team with the creation of CADs using Adobe creative suite Support the design team across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final sample approval Help prepare design presentations and range overviews Manage and track fabric, trim and custom developments developments Help manage and organise fabric swatches, trims, and lab dips, maintaining up-to-date resource libraries Manage and track all incoming factory parcels, ensuring timely delivery, accurate logging, and communication with relevant teams Requirements Recently graduated, studying or currently studying Fashion Design Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment In-depth knowledge of emerging trends, brands, boutiques, influencers, and wider pop culture. Strong instinct for the WF customer and evolving brand identity, with a clear understanding of the current fashion landscape. Exceptional multitasking and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
