This is a chance to continue to build and grow one of our General Insurance desks across new and existing loyal existing clients. What to Expect at HAYLO People: Beautiful Sydney CBD offices, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week. The Role: You will be responsible for continuing to grow our General Insurance Business. Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care Build your desk with new clients as well as managing existing clients. About You: Proven experience as a 360 Consultant Experience in building and growing a successful desk Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients With a growth mindset, you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal.
