The Role This is a senior-level temporary opportunity, stepping into a high-volume recruitment role. Supporting a lean but capable talent acquisition team, you will take full ownership of a varied recruitment portfolio, with a strong focus on early childhood roles and allied health professionals. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment including advertising, sourcing, screening, and reference checking Scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers Managing recruitment across childcare centres and allied health roles (including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and family support roles) Supporting internal reporting and systems-based tasks Collaborating with a small TA team, contributing to continuous improvement in processes and candidate experience Utilising SEEK and other platforms; Dayforce experience is beneficial but not essential The Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience recruiting in the early childhood education sector. You will be a confident and proactive recruitment professional who is comfortable managing a high-volume workload and working autonomously within a small team. You will as bring: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment Strong communication and relationship-building skills A background in early childhood education recruitment – essential Experience managing volume recruitment, ideally across multiple sites Confidence using recruitment systems and reporting tools (Dayforce experience highly regarded) Full Australian working rights Our Recruitment Process At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
