The Role: You will be the go-to person for administrative support, data accuracy, and team coordination across asset management, finance, and shared systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for keeping operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Create, modify and maintain accurate records in various business systems Support operational functions and ensure teams have the tools and resources needed Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and broader team Manage purchasing orders and inventory within financial systems Assist in maintaining accurate data across systems such as Ellipse and Ci Financials Receive deliveries and manage documentation processes Ensure compliance with safety and data protocols About you: Essential: Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound problem-solving and interpersonal abilities Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Current Class C driver’s licence Preferred Attributes: Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance mindset Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills Safety-focused, with a solid understanding of WHS principles For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy via email at lh@asr.com.au.
