Our new facility in Truganina is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, and we are looking for experienced machine operators in this exciting phase of operation. The opportunity: We’re seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our Truganina facility. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Wednesday from 6am – 6pm, based on a 34 hour week. As a Machine Operator at Visy, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery as part of a small collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain industrial machinery across the production line Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality Monitor machine performance and resolve any operational issues Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and meet deadlines Ideal Candidate: Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills Previous experience with machinery, mechanical systems, or manufacturing environments Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality Good communication skills and a team player What You’ll Love About Visy When you join Visy, you’re joining a team that values you.
