About the role: Amazing new opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a leading property group managing a single asset We are currently on the lookout for an engaging individual to join this incredible property company based in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Ideal for a passionate Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator looking for that next step! Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maximising retailer engagement at the centre by preparing, delivering and executing the digital and social media strategies, including campaigns, activities, and competitions. You will also be key in recommending improvements to digital platforms to maximise centre engagement and objectives. To be successful in this position, you will have: Previous experience in shopping centre marketing, ideal but not essential Strong experience on digital and social media marketing platforms Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Positive personality, great work ethic with high attention to detail Great at building relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting skills This exciting opportunity will see the successful applicant with great opportunities to work with an incredible property company that values its staff, is supportive and forward thinking.
