About the Role We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications. You’ll assist in content creation, event coordination, website management, reporting and more making this a perfect opportunity for a junior marketer looking to grow in a future-focused tech environment. What You’ll Do Support campaign execution across digital, content, events, and communications Assist with creating and coordinating marketing content across various channels, including web, email, social media, and promotional materials Help manage website updates, marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot), and CRM workflows Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective delivery Contribute to marketing operations, including calendar management, brand governance, and campaign performance tracking What You Bring 1 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role (preferred) Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field is desirable Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) a bonus Why Join AC3?
