Our CBD-based client, a high-profile national industry body, has a full-time opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join their marketing and content team, delivering content and marketing campaigns across education, membership, and event products. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work with a team of seven and play a key role in assisting with the planning, executing and measuring integrated campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and measure the performance of integrated marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies Report on campaign metrics and insights to the Marketing Manager Deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget Partner with creative and digital teams to optimise social, web, and email strategies Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring: 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within a corporate/professional setting The ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
