Senior Manager, Data Centre Technology Location: Melbourne Salary: $190k - $210k super bonus Overview MCR are seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to work for a global leading hyperscale data centre provider. In this newly created role, you'll be taking charge of a small team who are deployed over a large data centre campus, and you'll be tasked with setting strategic roadmaps for implementation and optimization of their mission critical technology infrastructure; ensuring that all business continuity and DR policies are robust. This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to enjoy remaining close to the action from a technical standpoint, whilst offering a bridge between executive leadership and technology teams. Key Requirements Strong understanding of complex, mission critical environments with strict 24X7 uptime requirements Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure suite of products Strong knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, Storage technologies, Firewalls CCNA/CCIE certifications highly regarded Project Management experience essential Strong people leader with ability to communicate clearly and effectively to senior management Experience with BMS systems, CCTV networks - highly regarded This is a site based role, so willingness and ability to be on site 5 days a week (site is west of Melbourne's CBD) Australian Citizenship is essential as you will be required to achieve NV1 Level Security Clearance This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing hyperscale data centre provider who are spending billions on building data centres in Australia alone.
