Role Summary: We have multiple opportunities in our Industrial/Regional team. As the Development Manager reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will contribute to key development projects by: Managing projects through different stages of the development lifecycle Driving and facilitating team vision, scope and outcomes Providing accurate forecasts and managing project cashflow Liaising with a range of key stakeholders Undertaking cost planning and expenditure to agreed budgets Coordinating and implementing sales strategies Monitoring and reporting on project progress Identifying relevant learnings and closing out all documentation requirements Procuring and managing a diverse range of consultants About you: To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Demonstrated ability to deliver project outcomes Project management skills, including the ability to produce business cases and manage delivery to agreed financial and project outcomes. Experience in land development financials, sales and communications Proven ability to work within a team and assign resources as required to ensure outcome delivery A track record of working within existing policies, systems and processes to ensure corporate governance Proven communication skills, with the ability to contribute positively to a dynamic and diverse team culture. Ability to work across a diverse range of projects A current unrestricted drivers’ licence A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
