This hybrid sales role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience in closing deals. You'll own the full sales cycle—from outreach to demo to conversion. Responsibilities Run high-volume outreach and lead generation in collaboration with SDRs. Deliver compelling product demos to specialist medical practices. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing. Meet and exceed monthly KPIs tied to ARR and performance targets. Qualifications Must have proven closing experience, ideally in SaaS or health-related sales. Comfortable with phone-based outreach and fast ramp-up expectations. Ability to hit performance KPIs, including demos and conversions. Based in Sydney, available to work 4 days per week in the Bondi office.
