The Role As the Sales Associate/EA , you'll act as the right hand to the Sales Director, helping to manage their day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless client experiences. Your role will combine administrative excellence with frontline sales support. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Sales Director’s calendar, emails, meetings, and appointments Coordinate open homes, private inspections, auctions, and appraisals Draft and manage listing presentations, vendor reports, contracts, and property marketing Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and internal stakeholders with professionalism Maintain CRM systems and track pipeline activity Provide pre- and post-sale support to ensure smooth transaction processes Assist with social media, prospecting campaigns, and community engagement initiatives About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive , detail-oriented , and thrives in a team that values excellence and trust. You’ll be energetic, highly organized, and committed to helping drive outstanding results. You Will Bring: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Associate or EA role (Real Estate experience essential) A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Agentbox, VaultRE) Professional presentation and a friendly, can-do attitude A genuine passion for real estate and a desire to grow long-term with the agency Why Join Us?
