About the Role As a People & Culture Business Partner , you’ll play a key role in empowering our workforce and driving positive change. You'll partner with managers and leadership teams to enhance organisational capability, strengthen culture, and build a workplace that reflects our values of inclusion, care, and impact. You’ll support areas such as: Employee relations Workforce planning Talent acquisition & retention Diversity, equity & inclusion Learning and development What’s on Offer Salary : $106,387.84 super Salary Packaging : Up to $15,900 p/a to boost your take-home pay Location : Perth-based, full-time (76 hours per fortnight) with flexible work options Work-Life Balance : Monday to Friday schedule—your weekends are yours Wellbeing Perks : Access to counselling support and health insurance discounts Career Growth : Be part of a team that invests in your learning, leadership, and future potential You’ll Need A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or related field At least 5 years of HR experience (preferably in advisory or generalist roles) Strong knowledge of HR legislation, employee relations, and modern people practices A passion for building inclusive, culturally secure workplaces (Aboriginal, CALD, LGBTQIA inclusive) Bonus if you have: Community services or NFP sector experience Senior HR or Business Partner background Why HOPE?
