About the role PHI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Services Manager to support our rotary wing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the airworthiness, compliance, and technical integrity of our fleet ensuring our aircraft meet the highest standards of safety and performance. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive innovations in maintenance practices, and play a key role in shaping the future of our aviation operations. Reporting to the Director of Technical - APAC you will play a pivotal role in the success of the Fleet Support Department. Responsibilities of the role include: Lead the technical records team to ensure we remain compliant with all regulations as it pertains to aircraft records Induct aircraft parts as it pertains to the update of maintenance programs for incoming material. Manage aircraft maintenance programs at the direction of the HAAMC in the maintenance tracking system The administration and distribution of Company and OEM documentation and subscriptions Maintaining current database information for all company ELT and PLB’s.
