Job Description This is a pivotal role focused on driving initiatives that embed organisational values, enhance employee wellbeing, and champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI) at Nine. You will work closely with the Head of Organisational Culture and Inclusion to implement strategies that create a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day, you will: Consult, co-design, and implement initiatives to foster a culture aligned with Nine’s values Lead culture and engagement initiatives and proactively act on feedback Lead elements of Nine’s DEIB strategy, ensuring it's informed by a deep understanding of employee perspectives. Support and report on DEIB progress, identifying areas for continuous improvement Apply change management methodologies to support effective communication Act as a trusted source of truth across P&C for culture and inclusion programs Partner with other P&C leaders to integrate culture, safety, and inclusion practices Develop and implement employee listening strategies, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to gain actionable insights and inform culture change
