The M&M Asia RBL (Regional Business Leader) helps drive the GTM for the M&M team in Asia. Through a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing and mobility industries and the markets they operate in, they build deep C-Suite relationships to accelerate cloud growth and unlock the next phase of digital transformation for our customers. Role Description: The M&M Asia RBL is a key link between global industry strategy and local execution. They lead a team of M&M IA’s in pursuing opportunities within M&M customers. They coach and collaborate with local Area Industry Leads and sales leaders on C-Suite engagements to deepen relationships and foster business growth. Qualifications Deep manufacturing industry knowledge (solutions, technology, and business impact) 10 years of industry-specific sales experience Balanced expertise in sales and industry (40/60%) Strong customer engagement experience with CXO-level sponsorship and relevance Proven ability to operate at scale Experience managing through a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority Strategic planning and systems thinking skills Experience building diverse, healthy teams with cultural awareness Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 15 years of relevant experience, including: Deep industry knowledge of M&M use cases, solutions, and technology at Microsoft Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies Strong CXO engagement experience Ability to operate at scale Experience managing in a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority Strategic planning and systems thinking skills Experience building diverse, healthy teams with cultural awareness Responsibilities C-Suite Engagement: Inspire customers to digitally transform with Microsoft. Engage with C-Suite executives and be involved in key market opportunities to advance M&M in Asia. Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets, coach across boundaries, and enable digital transformation. Monitor sales metrics and provide timely reports to M&M leadership. Industry Leadership: Represent Microsoft at regional industry events, review strategic plans, share insights, and promote best practices. Drive industry sales initiatives, educate teams on industry strategies, and foster partner advocacy. People Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team of industry specialists, fostering a culture of client focus, collaboration, and transparency, with accountability at its core.
