You’re commercially minded, calm under pressure, and comfortable navigating balancing priorities with clarity and care. Bachelor of Laws and a current Australian practising certificate Experience in a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house legal team Strong technical legal skills and sound judgement across areas like contracts, consumer law, challenge, disputes, IP, corporate, and privacy Proven ability to lead and support legal professionals Strategic thinking with a proactive mindset and long-term focus Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience managing external counsel and legal budgets Ability to adapt, respond to feedback, and manage change Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to risk Familiarity with legal tools and systems (e.g. Jira, SharePoint) Alignment with Aussie Broadband’s values and purpose How will you support our “Why?” You’ll bring our values to life by ensuring legal integrity is embedded across the business while enabling innovation and growth.
