About: A nationally established and reputable law firm is looking for a lawyer with extensive experience in Personal Injury to join their Insurance Team at the Senior Associate level. Conditions for Success : Minimum 5 Years PQE in Personal Injury and Insurance Law Adept commercial acumen, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors Your Responsibilities : Reviewing files and preparing tailored advice to clients, including advice on indemnity issues. Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication. Conducting litigation; Manage files independently and approach your cases holistically, integrating broader perspectives and client-related factors Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence; Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners, third parties and stakeholders.
