You’ll play a hands‑on role in driving our P&C strategy, supporting managers, and processing payroll across our organisation. This is a role that is suitable to someone who likes a bit of variety in their day to day. What You’ll Be Doing: Implement People & Culture initiatives and support business‑wide rollout Manage HRIS (Humanforce/ IntelliHR) and maintain accurate records Administer payroll and ensure on-time, error‑free pay runs Facilitate compliant onboarding and employee induction, including Tribal Habits learning platform Support learning & development, P&C queries, and HR generalist tasks Plan and promote corporate, social, and volunteering events Contribute to additional P&C projects as needed What You Bring: Solid knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES & Modern Awards Payroll & data analysis capability Strong influencing, negotiation, and confidentiality skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint); experience with HRIS platforms a bonus Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Management (or equivalent experience) Why MICM?
