The Opportunity An exciting opportunity now exists at Gregory Mine open-cut operation for an experienced Multi skilled Operator to join the team. The position is focused on the safe production of coal, supporting the business in achieving our production objectives and maintaining an excellent family-friendly culture. About You You will be a team player who prioritises safety whilst understanding your role and how you impact upon the achievement of team objectives. You will be able to prioritise tasks and work without supervision if required and maintains compliance with site policies and procedures at all times. You will maintain the following skills, abilities and attributes Proven experience in an open cut coal mine operation Experienced in the operations Grader and Dozer Experienced operating CAT Ancillary Equipment and Haul Trucks (preferably Electric) Experienced in the operations of Excavators and/or Face Shovel is an advantage Current RII Statements of Attainment on relevant equipment Site authorised Training Transcripts Current Standard 11 Current Drivers Licence A strong safety mind-set with the ability to actively identify and report hazards/incidents Enthusiasm to positively influence on site culture and a drive to work as a team to achieve goals and objectives.
