As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an A-Grade commercial office tower, ensuring compliance, managing maintenance and risk, and overseeing budgets and reporting. Collaborate with a dynamic team of property experts and provide exceptional service and outcomes for all tenants! Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to the property's structure, façade, fittings, finishes, and services. Coordinate the effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required within the properties. Undertake periodic inspections of the building and plant to determine the extent, priority, and safety aspects of any repair works required. Manage all specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works. Implement and maintain the computerised Planned Preventative Maintenance, Work Order Systems and other information databases. Knowledge of best practice AESMR certification and compliance Understanding of building sustainability, NABERS and ESD initiatives Preferred Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications are desirable, but a Trade Certificate will be favourably considered. Previous experience as a Facilities/Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium Asset highly considered. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact and report across all levels and to multiple stakeholders Strong customer service mentality with a positive approach to customer service and tenancy interaction.
