ConsultANZ is looking for Rig Operators to join a well-known piling contractor based in Melbourne. The company works on a range of projects, including infrastructure, renewables, and residential developments. They are growing fast, adding new rigs, and need more skilled operators to support their busy workload. Main Duties Operate piling rigs (Casagrande and Soilmec – 20–160 tonnes) for civil and infrastructure projects. Coordinate activities related to ground engineering, foundations, and deep piling operations. Follow and enforce OH&S policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain and manage equipment to ensure optimal performance and site productivity. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating piling rigs, ideally within the civil, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors. Prior experience with Casagrande and Soilmec rigs is highly desirable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and site procedures.
