The Opportunity: As National Operations Manager, you will report to the senior leadership team and oversee service delivery across the business. Your responsibilities will include:- Building client relationships based on trust and respect within their client portfolio Proactively managing operational service delivery related to profitability and KPIs Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of four direct managers Ensuring WHS, risk management, and compliance are maintained Conducting inspections and audits, and identifying areas for development Effective rostering and management of labour hours across all accounts.
