This is a full-time role at our Head Office, located in Alexandria . The role includes tasks such as: Serve as a liaison with both local and National Portfolio Managers, taking full responsibility for the operational needs of New South Wales factual investigations; Manage the team's daily investigation performance deliverables, ensuring a reliable, timely, and customer focused service; Lead initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance scheme contracts; and Ensure operations meet all relevant regulations and standards, delivering quality work and maintaining compliance across all schemes. About You: Demonstrated operations experience within relevant sectors such as personal injury insurance, legal/law, financial services, fraud/criminal, CTP or workplace investigations; Have a keen interest in insurance investigations, cyber, litigation or fraud/risk management; Strong customer service ethic is a must , through managing internal and external stakeholders; A drive for divisional growth , including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements; Support & assist investigators in their roles, identify opportunities to enhance operational performance of the team and a dedication to achieving performance metrics; and An ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes, demonstrate initiative and assert professional judgement as required.
