Base super work vehicle phone We’re on the hunt for a Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Services team, based in Alexandria. You’ll keep our customers' equipment in top shape - primarily through servicing and also supporting with workshop-based installs and pre-deliveries. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role supported by a close-knit team and equipped with the tools and training to deliver first-time fixes and quality outcomes. What you’ll be doing: Attending service calls across metro Sydney (plus occasional travel from Central Coast to South Coast) Providing preventative maintenance and breakdown support to wholesale and café accounts Preparing machines in the workshop, including installs and pre-deliveries Replacing water filters and monitoring equipment condition Collaborating with Service Coordinators to plan your week Participating in monthly national/state on-call rotations (e.g. for weekend emergencies) Working on premium equipment, including: Nuova Simonelli & Victoria Arduino espresso machines Rex Royal S300 automatic machines Fiorenzato & Mazzer grinders What we're looking for: You’re technically minded, customer-focused, and calm under pressure. You’re confident troubleshooting in the field and prepping machines in the workshop, and you take pride in getting the job done right. You’re familiar with iPads and systems, and while an electrical licence is a bonus, it’s not required. A background in hospitality, barista work, whitegoods, or field service will work. You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused- someone who communicates clearly and works well with Coordinators, Technicians, and Sales teams.
