About the role: Work with award-winning Partners, assisting with matters from start to finish, on a range of complex and interesting financial transactions, including: Debt advisory, acquisition finance, security trusts, and lender due diligence. Prepare and analyze legal documents ; and Regularly attend seminars and events contributing to the marketing of the firm. The ideal candidate: Banking and Finance Lawyer ( 2 PQE ); A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University , underpinned by strong academic records. A strong interest in banking and finance matters. The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
