This exciting opportunity sits within the our renowned Commercial Litigation practice in Victoria under Partner Fred Prickett . Fred and his team have a well-respected reputation in the market and are considered as trusted advisers to various corporate and government clients. This role has a high level of client interaction and will see you managing client relationships, shaping the strategic direction of matters, working closely with counsel and delivering exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with this high performing team and have access to the expertise of other partners across the practice group. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 12 months experience in a Senior Associate position Demonstrated experience in a range of litigious matters Preferably experience in class actions, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings Strong academic achievements Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation The ability to project manage and drive matters through to completion A passion for mentoring, supervising and delegating work to more junior lawyers A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; required for building effective client relationships and contributing to a positive team environment In addition to this, we are looking for a dynamic operator who can contribute to the success of this practice, and who is seeking to develop their career under the expert guidance of our Litigation Partner.
