Working in an ‘investor-dominant’ area and with 9 Sales Executives constantly transacting there are a plethora of untapped leads that could be captured – hence the opportunity arising for a BDM Your Duties Responsible for increasing the property management rent-roll, day to day tasks will include: Prospecting for new business through networking – potential landlords, developers, internally with the Sales Team, past appraisals, current landlords etc Develop and cultivate strong referrer partners with trades contacts, local shops, accountants, mortgage brokers, onsite supervisors Take advantage of a substantial office database Attending homes and conducting rental appraisals Signing up new Landlords Writing property descriptions and getting properties advertised Arrange and undertake Open Homes Check applications, draft Leases and complete ingoing inspections Specific requirements Demonstrated ability to develop new business or prospect A current Certificate of Registration or License Solid work ethic and be a team-player A car and drivers license What's in it for you?
