Impact you will have The Regular Giving Specialist will shape and grow a sustainable income stream that will drive world-class research and advocacy. You’ll lead the rollout of a new regular giving program and manage its ongoing delivery, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. From developing donor journeys and refining backend systems to crafting compelling communications and analysing performance metrics and ROI, you’ll be central to turning regular support into lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Fundraising Manager to build and deliver acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies. Coordinate campaign planning and execution across digital, and potentially telemarketing and direct mail. Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign performance, tracking donor retention, acquisition trends, ROI and long-term value. Support end-to-end campaign project management, timelines, briefs, and deliverables. Implement and optimise donor journeys and communications to maximise retention and engagement. Provide exceptional donor care, ensuring timely responses and accurate CRM records. Track program performance and recommend improvements to increase impact and efficiency. Uphold compliance and fundraising best practice across all processes. Identify and test new channels and approaches to grow the program. Skills and Experience You’re a fundraiser with strong analytical skills and a passion for program development. You thrive on collaboration, but you’re equally confident driving work forward independently. You bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing, fundraising or a related field. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret trends, forecast, and evaluate ROI. Experience in coordinating donor programs, ideally in a regular or individual giving context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for storytelling and engagement. Experience engaging with individual donors, especially via phone and email, with the ability to listen, connect and troubleshoot where required. High attention to detail, great time management, and a proactive mindset. Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce is ideal), Excel and campaign reporting. Comfort working across channels, especially digital, and testing new ideas.
