Due to operational success and growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager (BCM) to lead the people-side of change for the implementation of NetSuite ERP across Mammoth and EcoBlue. The BCM will play a crucial role in driving adoption, minimising resistance, and ensuring successful change outcomes. This position will work closely with stakeholders across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA regions. Please note; shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an Automated Video Pre Screening. The Role and Key Responsibilities: Change Strategy & Planning Develop and execute structured change strategies aligned with project goals Conduct change impact assessments across multiple business units and regions Design and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans Stakeholder Engagement Be the primary change liaison between the ERP team and business units Build trusted relationships across operations, finance, warehouse, and procurement functions Lead business readiness and adoption milestones Communication & Training Develop clear and compelling communication campaigns around the change journey Collaborate with SMEs to build and deliver training plans and learning materials Ensure post-go-live support materials are created and delivered Change Adoption & Risk Management Monitor user adoption via surveys, metrics, and feedback loops Identify and address change resistance with targeted mitigation strategies Empower and support internal change champions Post-Go-Live Support Coordinate hypercare efforts with Super Users and the ERP support team Document lessons learned and provide strategic change improvement recommendations The Requirements Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in change management or transformation roles Strong background in ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred) Demonstrated success delivering change in global, multicultural environments Proven stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, and leadership teams Familiarity with PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar frameworks Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Desirable: Experience with NetSuite-specific change programs Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma principles Willingness to travel interstate or internationally as needed This isn’t just a NetSuite ERP rollout—it’s a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead enterprise transformation across two ambitious, future-focused organisations.
