Description Primary Function The Print Production Coordinator supports the end-to-end execution of print production and point-of-sale (POS) materials, working closely with the Production Buyer and broader creative and client services teams. This role is focused on coordination, logistics, quality assurance, and supplier communication to help deliver high-quality, cost-effective print solutions on time and within budget. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the sampling, ordering, and delivery of store POS and marketing collateral. Support the Production Buyer in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for print and packaging needs. Support the ebidding process and admin process inclusive of raising PO’s and collating vendor evidence Track production timelines and update stakeholders on progress, proactively flagging risks or delays. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure final collateral meets specifications and quality standards. Help manage the distribution of collateral to stores, ensuring accuracy in quantities, formats, and dimensions per location. Assist with packaging production logistics including approvals, material specs, and sample coordination. Maintain production documentation and supplier records to ensure smooth project handover and close-out. Assist in monitoring budget tracking, cost estimates, and invoice approvals. Provide general project administration support, including scheduling and reporting updates. Contribute to research on new materials, print methods, and POS innovations as directed by the Production Buyer. Support quality control processes by checking creative output against production requirements. Qualifications and Experience 1–2 years of experience in print production, marketing coordination, or a similar role (agency or in-house). Familiarity with print processes and production terminology Experience using project management tools or systems (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar). Understanding of basic design and file formats; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is advantageous. Skills and Capabilities Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Clear and confident communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Comfortable working with both internal teams and external vendors.
